Mentoring for Effective Nature Conservation (MENC) - Application still open until 31 October, 2026!

The fifth cohort of the Mentoring for Effective Nature Conservation (MENC) programme will soon start its journey through 9-month mentoring programme, which is specifically designed for conservation professionals.

 

The EuroNatur Mentoring for Effective Nature Conservation (MENC) programme is entering its fifth round. Starting in January 2027, the 9-month mentoring programme is designed for conservation professionals looking to grow their skills, expand their networks, and transform their relationship with themselves and their peers.

 

Why take part?

🌿 As a mentee: Get one-on-one support from a mentor, gain valuable experience and develop your skills to reflect, be more confident and improve your self-awareness.

🌿 As a mentor: Share your knowledge, learn new perspectives and gain skills which will improve your leadership as well as your own resilience.

Please note that the programme will be held in English. Participation includes a small financial contribution of 200 € to cover administrative expenses. There are also options to apply for an exemption from the costs.
