Public transport/Arrival from Airports and train station
Please book your transportation from the airports/train station/bus station to your hotel by yourself.
To use public transport in Gorizia, you can download the TPL FVG App (for iOs / for Android)
Arrival to Gorizia from several airports:
- Triest Airport (approx. 30-60 min. by public transport, best option is the bus by the local company APT GO. You can buy tickets (€4) at the ticket office, vending machines in the Airport arrival area or at the bus station, or online with the TPL FVG App.
- Venice Airport (various options, approx. 2,5-3h, e.g. with Airport shuttle to Mestre railway station, and train from Meste to Gorizia, tickets (€25–30) can be bought in the Arrival hall or in the bus)
- Ljubljana Airport (approx. 2-2,5h by direct shared bus, costs can vary strongly depending on the time of booking, between €25-100)
